who is
Liv the Adventurer?
I tell stories of brave people—those who choose to show up, every single day.
Liv the Adventurer was born from a deep desire to honor the quiet courage of everyday life. I don’t chase polished moments—I seek the raw, the real, the ones tucked into the corners of daily existence. The way someone’s eyes light up when they talk about the thing they love. The pause between laughter and a deep breath. The strength it takes to simply keep going.
My work blends documentary photography and film to capture people in their element—whether they’re creating, connecting, rebuilding, or resting. What sets my lens apart is how I see people: not as subjects to direct, but as stories to witness. My goal is always to reflect the dignity and depth already within each person. Often, we don’t see the magnitude of our own journey until someone else holds up the mirror. That’s the work I get to do.
Before Liv the Adventurer, my path wasn’t linear. I spent over a decade shooting weddings, built a career consulting for entrepreneurs and visionaries, and walked through the uncharted terrain of chronic illness. Returning to creative work felt like a homecoming—a return to the why that made me pick up a camera in the first place. Now, I make space for stories that speak of grit, grace, and the beauty of being human.
This work is deeply personal. And deeply communal.
It’s for the dreamers, the doers, the ones in process.
It’s for you.
Liv the Adventurer is a celebration of presence—not performance. A reminder that simply being here, showing up, and living your life—whatever that looks like—is a story worth telling.
If that resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
Whether you’re curious about a project, want to collaborate, or just want to say hi. Let’s see where the story leads.
